Refund & Return Policy

At Nice Have, your satisfaction matters. Please review our policy carefully to understand returns, refunds, resends, and dispute handling.


1. Returns (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@nicehave.com to request authorization.

  2. Once approved, we provide:

    • Return shipping label (if applicable)

    • Instructions for shipping your item

  3. Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.

Return Address: Provided after authorization.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items & gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases)

  • Service-based or digital products once delivered

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Check your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or missing

Next Steps:

  • Email support@nicehave.com with photos or videos.

  • Resolution options:

    • Full refund or replacement for severe issues

    • Partial refund or replacement for minor damage

Note: Damage to packaging only is not eligible.

Claim period for electronics: 30 days from delivery.


4. Order Delays & Non-Delivery

Delayed Orders:

  • USA: 45 days after shipment

  • Brazil: 110 days after shipment

  • Other destinations: up to 100 days

Orders Marked Delivered:

  • Refunds/resends not issued if tracking shows delivered.

  • If not received, provide a non-delivery certificate from your post office.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order once return is approved


6. Order Cancellations

  • Full refund available if canceled before processing/shipment

  • Customized items or pre-orders cannot be canceled once processing starts


7. Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Banks/payment providers may take extra time to post the refund

  • If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact support@nicehave.com


8. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

  • Must meet the same eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase)


9. Disputes & Claims

  • Submit disputes within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery.

  • Required documentation: photos, videos, communication screenshots, returned product if requested.

  • Disputes cannot be opened once an order is marked closed.


10. Force Majeure

Nice Have is not responsible for delays or damages caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics

  • Customs inspections

  • War, political unrest, strikes


11. Shipping & Destination Limitations

  • Some shipping methods may have limited tracking

  • International returns are not recommended due to cost/risk

  • Disputes may not be accepted for restricted destinations


12. Unacceptable Disputes

We cannot accept disputes for:

  • Change of mind

  • “Item not as expected” without quality issues

  • Customer order errors (wrong item/address)

  • Customs clearance failures

  • Previously disclosed product differences
