We ship to 16 countries worldwide! Most of our products are available for international shipping, while certain bulky items are available for US delivery only.

International Shipping (Regular Items)

We offer free international shipping on our regular product line to the following countries:

US-Only Shipping (Bulky Items)

Due to size and weight considerations, certain bulky items are only available for delivery within the United States. These products will be clearly marked as "US Shipping Only" on their product pages.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders! Shipping costs are already included in our product prices, so there are no surprise fees at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 4-14 business days
  • Canada: 5-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-21 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 7-21 business days
  • Cambodia: 7-12 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

What are customs duties and taxes?

When ordering internationally, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU Countries (IOSS Registration)

For orders shipped to the European Union, we are registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system. This means:

  • VAT is calculated and collected at checkout
  • No additional customs fees for orders under €150
  • Faster customs clearance
  • No surprise fees upon delivery

Other Countries

For non-EU destinations, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and the order value. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information about potential charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note:

  • We currently only ship to the 16 countries listed above
  • Bulky items are restricted to US addresses only
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain bulky items
  • Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
